Happy NewYear To All, Processing The Note (Part 1) Today we're going to look at a list of important documents needed in the process of selling a Note. It's important to have all the proper dcuments in order to obtain all the correct information. Thus making the process less complicated. 1. Copy of the Note. 2. Copy of the Trust Deed, Mortage or Land Contact. 3. Payment History, Payment Bokk, or Bank Deposit. 4. Escrow instructions from the Real Estate transaction from which the the "Contract" was created. 5. Escrow closing statement from the Real Estate transaction from which the "Contract" was created.
